I never write surveys; but I know that most people do not take time to give praise when a service is deserving of positive feedback. Walking into Sport Clips for the first time on Sunday, I admit I was a bit nervous. My stylist was Katie. She asked a few basic questions and knew exactly how to execute one of the best cuts I have ever had.: Ask for Katie if you’re looking for a great haircut.

I came today to get a cut on the sides and leave the top of my hair curly. Before cutting I was asked if the top is all good. I said yeah dont cut the top. After finishing the stylist asked if I wanted the back of my hair evened out. I replied yes but some how ended up losing all my curls on the top and now have an uneven cut. I was not able to tell how short some parts of my hair were untill later becuase my hair was wet. When it was finally done my hair was a mess and the complete opposite of what I wanted.

Overall I have enjoyed Sports clips of Hudson/Berlin. That being said the last time I visited I had a bizarre experience. The person whom cut my hair was seemingly "off their game". The hairstylist dropped an OPEN spray bottle on me during my haircut soaking me in water (the top of the spray bottle had not been tightened to the bottom), flung a used paper towel (which had been wrapped around their scissors) at me, used the trimmers a bit too close to my ear and cut me and globed my hair full of tee tree oil which I did not ask for (before even cutting my hair). I usually have good experiences here but this was just not good.
